How we work

The Outsourced Lien Resolution Process

You settled the case. We clear the path to disbursement. Here is exactly what happens between those two points, and where your firm stays in control.

  1. 01

    Case and provider information received

Your team sends the settlement details, billing, and lien correspondence through a secure intake. There is no new software for your staff to learn and no change to your case management system.

  2. 02

    Balances and lienholders verified

We identify every lienholder attached to the matter, request itemized ledgers and supporting documentation, and confirm what is genuinely owed before negotiating anything.

  3. 03

    Negotiation strategy prepared

We assess the settlement economics, including fees, costs, treatment, liability, and the client's projected net recovery, then set a defensible reduction objective for each balance.

  4. 04

    Reduction requests submitted

Documented requests go to the correct decision-maker for each provider or lienholder, with the supporting record attached.

  5. 05

    Follow-ups and counteroffers documented

We work a scheduled follow-up cadence, evaluate counteroffers against the file, and record every communication so nothing is re-argued from scratch.

  6. 06

Final reduction presented for law-firm approval

Nothing is finalized without your sign-off. You see the asserted amount, the proposed resolution, and the reasoning behind it.

  7. 07

    Closing documentation delivered

You receive written confirmation, final balance validation, and the resolution documents your file needs before disbursement.
